I am a seasoned executive, with 20 years of experience in solving growth and organizational challenges. I lead complex transformations, from strategy to execution, often translated in modifying the physical, financial and information flows. My goal is to improve both the customer experience and the company’s P&L bottom line.

I am an engineer from Arts et Métiers, and hold an MS. in Strategic Management from HEC. I attended several executive leadership sessions at IMD Lausanne & MIT Sloan, supplemented with some targeted scientific trainings online (AI for everyone, genetics/evolution & Neuroimaging for instance)

- I began my career in big corporations, managing international P&Ls
- After a year in sales and marketing in telecommunications, I entered a fast track program in GE Healthcare in Information Management & eCommerce followed by the Lean Six Sigma blackbelt cursus. I then progressed to Regional Service manager Middle East and Africa, based in Dubai, managing a first M 3$ P&L. I was then promoted to an EMEA service marketing position and implemented offerings based on needs based customer segments.
- After 10 years with GE I was headhunted by Cochlear as VP of services for Europe, based in Switzerland. I extended skills in 4 areas: Large scale operations re-organization & management, customer experience by implementing and embedding globally NPS (Net Promoter Score) & applying design thinking methods, business growth increasing sales from M 30$ to M 100$, general management, leading 150 people in a matrix culture.

- Mid-Size as Global Director of Operations at Echosens, to launch 2 product lines and create the cross functional industrialization department
- Early stages. GM at Digitsole, a family business. I accelerated the change from footwear to Digital Health successfully (ISO 13485 and FDA class I, ISO 27001). I hired talents, reorganized the sales and marketing teams, and set up the quality & regulatory department, to lead the company raise funds
- I am temporarily consulting: for a pre-series A startup developing their business & MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) with the Pharmas, and 2 MedTech’s to improve their marketing strategy
- I am an active Business Angel investor, part of the largest BA network in health in Europe. The due diligence missions developed my pragmatism, with direct ‘skin in the game’ and broadly extended my network.
- I invested in 6 start-ups (mainly health and data, in several fields like neuroscience AI, eHealth, Cardio, micronutrients…). I am on the strategic board of Medeo-Health, with a high focus on sales/marketing, coaching the CEO on soft skills aspects & influencing governance topics and methodologies
- I am part of EIT Health as an evaluator & occasionally mentor start-up CEOs / CMOs in Europe, particularly when it comes to their data valuation and subscription strategy.
